By accessing and using ProcureIQ services provided by ASI Government, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use ProcureIQ for government procurement purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

• Use the service only for lawful government procurement activities
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise system security
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive procurement information
• Comply with all applicable federal regulations and policies

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Ensuring data uploaded complies with security classifications
• Using the platform in accordance with agency policies
• Reporting any security incidents or concerns immediately

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

ASI Government shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of ProcureIQ services.
